Didn't like Hanover much but loved the brewpub (Ernst August) in the middle of town. I'm sure you've already been, or got a link, but for those who haven't, you can see it on a map via the European Beer Guide.
Very lively fun place.
Not been but I'm sure we'll find somewhere to sup! Scoopergen is quite positive.
