The other one didn't impress as much.

What a splendid little corner of the world, between the Lakes District and Manc.Erlangernickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09564871714656285737noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8629758183547510158.post-81007215950050710062010-04-15T18:23:07.578+01:002010-04-15T18:23:07.578+01:00another vote for Titanic Tomahawk here, too. Had a few in Portsmouth last week, the Maui was probably the best beer I've ever had from Banks' (although it tasted more of vanilla than coconut!) but the Goose Island was like treacle toffee mixed with rosepetals... yeuch, hope it's better when we visit Chicago in a month!!!

Really up for the Oakham though, as usual... I got Highgate Black Pig which I don't think was even a festival beer although labelled as one, the Dutch headbanger, Budelse Capucijn, and Phoenix Pale Moonlight, not a festival beer.

Top marks for the programme, though.

I think I'm looking forward to the Maui Coconut Porter.NAMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13247378318975737305noreply@blogger.com
