Lees Autumn Range

All of JW Lees current range of beers can be seen in this photo. Certainly makes me thirsty!

The bitter has a flash to denote its status as silver medal winner in the bitter category at the Great British Beer Festival. It is drinking very well at the moment.

You drink a beer named after some fellow's willie?

Ugh. I can't see Tandleman drinking anything called Lees Wilie!

Jeff - Named after the founder of the brewery, John Willie Lees. I assume he was really called William but is always referred to as Willie.

low quality bitters such as holts and lees do upset my guts.u have probably got a stronger stomach.

Holts is piss-poor quality, at least in that you're right, but Lees is a proper bitter (all their beers are bloody good I reckon, the best remaining regional)...

Praise indeed, from a guy who knows his beer!
