Happy Easter

For most people, this will be a holiday weekend. Disappointingly the weather forecast doesn't look great, so indoor drinking in the pub, rather than outside in the garden or beer garden, will be the order of the day.

This blog will be taking a break over the weekend and early next week and will return committed to talking about beer and beer related matters. Meantime, I'll be in our pub from time to time, communing with my mates who have endured a Lenten fast from the amber nectar. They'll be making up for lost time, so we'll join them. It would be rude not to. I wish all my fellow bloggers, readers and commentators a happy and peaceful Easter, filled with great beer of your choice.

Have a good weekend.

Have a good Easter as well! Unfortunately it is only a 3 day weekend in the Czech Republic as Good Friday is not a public holiday.

Way to keep myth alive Talismann, or have you purchased a sense of humor?

Which bit of Happy Easter don't you understand?

Easter?? You can't be serious dude(mate) So you actually will refrain from drinking, because your mates believe in ancient myth? Why would it be rude for you to drink in their company? If you had a pair, you'd pound ale and eat kebabs all weekend.

Your reading comprehension skills are zero me old sausage. I am not the one who hasn't been drinking.

I thought you were the Godly type, but that's just bollocks too of course. Be sure your sins will find you out.

Anyway, mustn't feed the troll. Bad form is that.

Hey, you're right for once! I did read it rather hastily, as I'm in the studio working on APRK News Radio. You get a very nice mention in this weeks broadcast.

I'm right sometimes at least. You are always a despised troll. You can stick with the people who are are daft enough to encourage you. They'll soon enough learn. Don't feed the troll.

Shit I need to take my own advice. Mustn't feed the troll. So I won't any more. Anything further you put on my blog will be deleted. Anything you put elsewhere will be either ignored or met with one word. TROLL.

Am I the only one who hasn't got a clue what most of the above is about? Happy Easter to anyone who wants it ~ prayers and meditation for the rest.

Here in the States, Easter isn't a holiday and certainly not the whole weekend. It's all that "separation of Church and State" business. My favorite butcher is closed on the Sunday, but that's pretty much it.

It's a bit clearer now; I'm not very familiar with internet slang ~ or should that be netspeak?
